Complaints and Consumer Rights

Complaints may be submitted:

in writing to the company address, or
by e-mail to info@prominens.hr

In accordance with Article 10, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, we will send confirmation of receipt of the complaint without delay. A written response will be provided no later than 15 days after receipt of the complaint.
