Villa Ritta Makarska is located in the Nature Park on Biokovo mountain, just a few minutes from town. This tastefully decorated and spacious farmhouse with private pool in the hamlet Kotišina is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and also close to the beautiful beaches of Makarska. Near the house there are many cultural monuments and natural source of drinking water. A separate Taverna with a traditional grill is available (located near the main entrance), and vegetable garden is also available to you. The house has two bedrooms, living room with a sofa, kitchen, bathroom, TV / SAT, Internet, DVD, CD, parking, outdoor pool with sun beds, sauna, whirlpool, large terrace with sea views and bbq.
In 2018. the pool will be heated which will allow you to enjoy it during the Spring and Autumn.
